This is book one of the Wacky Duology. It’s a YA, secret identity, slow burn, fake dating, opposites attract, enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, Rom Com. I really liked how the author built up the relationship between the two main characters. The chemistry between the two main characters can be felt on every page. This story is well written and will draw you into the characters emotions. You feel all their angst and love. I enjoyed this story over all: fake dating, swapping places with doppelgänger sister, first love, enemies to lovers. This story was quirky and drama filled. It was a pretty easy read with the plot developing quickly. Definitely has a YA feel to it.

"Dating My Wacky Girlfriend" is a cute, comfy, heartwarming YA rom com! It’s full of laugh-out-loud moments and crazy situations that anyone who’s been in a relationship can appreciate. It took me back in time to first loves, friendships, and life before adulting took over. It was such a fun and easy read… a nice pallet cleanse for me. I love an easy read where I don’t have to think and world build sometimes. The characters are fun and the story is easy to get into. If you're looking for a lighthearted and entertaining read that doesn't take itself too seriously, this is it. I’m super excited to read the second part of this duology.

Can I just say that I absolutely loved this book the plot had me from the very beginning, this is very different from what I typically read, but I absolutely love the way the author wrote this book. I had the opportunity of reading the first one, but I definitely fell in love with the second one this time around. The roles?! when the secret is out and into the mix is Sky who fell for fell in love with who he thought was Janina. I absolutely love family drama, and this book delivered.

Omg! I absolutely Loved this book. In the beginning I was so angry at Janina for what she had done to Alynna. Then came Farrah, ugh I didn't like her from the time she walked in. She was so mean, fake and manipulative. But with out those 2 the story wouldn't be as good. The twists with the couples were heartbreaking to read. The story just kept getting better as it went. I was proud of Ynna for sticking up for herself and not completely breaking. There was so much to this book I could go on and on. Just know if you read the first one Dating My Wacky Girlfriend, you have to read this on. So worth the time it took me to finish.

I saw someone else refer to this book as a K Drama Romantic Comedy and I think that nails it perfectly! If you go into the book expecting that you won’t be disappointed. After reading Dating my Whacky Girlfriend I was really rooting for Alynna! I wanted this book to round everything out nicely for her and Sky. There were times I was screaming at the characters (mostly Alynna) for their actions. So much hateful bullying from some of the girls. Sky had no idea what he wanted. He just kept going back and forth with Alynna for so much of the book. And Ynna… I kind of wanted to smack her for how easy it was to target her because she believed people so easily. I love that this book was written with (mostly) dual POV’s. I feel like it makes the story so much more enjoyable when you get more than one perspective. Overall you will enjoy this one if you’re looking for a rollercoaster of emotions.
